It is September 25. Yikes!
The doctor's assistant will send the pre-approval request to the insurance company tomorrow and it should only take a couple weeks from there to get the approval.
The surgery is done on an outpatient basis. They say we should be home by mid-afternoon.
Four weeks after the surgery date, Erin will go in for the initial activation of the unit. Amazing! She will be hearing by Halloween!
